Very good facility, nice that you have your own room, only negative would be phone signal is non existent but WiFi is available but doesn’t seem good enough to make calls but fine for messenger or Whattsapp . All staff are really helpful and can’t do enough for you, food is ok too.

Lovely staff, very attentive, provided great care.

The only downside was the long wait when she was uncomfortable and in pain. As soon as the anaesthetic was administered to her eye, the pain subsided. Also the receptionist tried to diagnose the problem and guessed what was wrong rather than listening to us to tell get it was an injury not a long standing problem.

The nurses that I saw In minor injuries were very professional, very nice easy to talk took

I had to register at a&e first, the secretary was nice, the triage nurse was good , it was busy, the only thing that was disappointing, they never once cleaned any service down, or equipment not once

I can’t find words to express how superbly professional all the staff were. The care and attention to the patient was second to none. At no time did I feel any nervousness, plus the humour was an added bonus. This is a shining example of how good health care can be. I’m very grateful, thank you.
